A brief summary about my ATS-V

I decided it was time to move on from my Cobalt SS as a daily driver. I knew for my next car I wanted something roughly the size of my Cobalt but obviously newer. I still needed 4 doors with a newborn and my son. So high up on my list was the Ford Focus RS and Honda Civic Type-R. The Type-R's looks held me back quite a bit and I really felt like it was just an updated version of my Cobalt. The Focus RS was quite nice but really holding their value. Looking at RS prices led me over to look at more premium used cars. I started looking at used F80 BMW M3s but found, unsurprisingly, that were holding their value. Then a friend reminded me of the ATS-V. Which I lusted over when they were first released. Looking into those and I found prices were extremely reasonable for low mileage examples. However, manuals were hard to come by and were scooped up quickly. I found a few but by time I could go see them or even call the dealer they were spoken for. Finally, I found my ATS-V not too terribly far from home in Lebanon, PA. Frederick Chevrolet of Lebanon still had it available so Monday, September 21st my Dad and I drove out there in his CTS-V to take a look. The car was everything I had hoped to be and a handful of hours later two V's were headed back to NJ.
