All the pedals were straight foward installs except for the accelerator.
This pedal had little clearence for the bolts so I had to remove it. Removing it turned out to be quite tricky. There is a small tab that needs to be pulled back first to unlock it from the floor.
Then two small tabs must be pushed in to remove it. This pictures shows the first tab mentioned. I used a screw driver to pry it forward and down with my finger.

Here you can see the large tab that anchors the pedal to the floor along with the two smaller tabs that hold it in place.
Additionally you can see where I needed to trim away the pedal to fit the bolts as well as cutting back the bolts for clearence.

You can see here where I had to trim the pedal to make room for the bolts and trim the bolts. Nothing my trusty dremel couldn't save me time with.

This picture shows the metal mount that the pedal attaches to. It works quite simply. That metal piece goes into the pedal. The two clips in the pedal snap into it. As you push it down the center tab locks around the metal piece. A very interesting way to do this and it works quite well. Though difficult to remove.
