Added Cyanide & Happiness

Added a new config option to remove all newline from the resulting index.html
file.  This allows for easier parsing for certain comics.  I then updated
the URLs to search for and enabled the newline removal for a handful
of uComics.

I believe I've also properly fixed the Comic Config version displayed on
the webpage itself.

Updated For Better or For Worse URL change.

Fixed ucomic due to website change.

Added the ability for Sunday only comics.  Stonesoup is no longer weekdays, this has been added to Sunday only.  I also added Foxtrot Classics for weekdays and Foxtrot for Sundays.

Dilbert changed; updated accordingly.

Added Sally Forth and Pearls Before Swine.  Adding Sally Forth required a change in the 'wget' command for fetching the index file to include 'user-agent' and 'referer'.

Arcamax comics changed to a gif file.

Changed configuration for arcamax comics.

Added bizarro comic.

Fixed a problem that forced everything to JPG.  This would kill GIF animations, but would not display the gifs either because 'convert' appends an index number to the end of the file name for each from of the GIF animation.  I fixed this to maintain GIF compatibilty as well as rewritting how the script fetches the size of the file.  Additionally, I updated the configuration for Questionable Content to search for GIF or JPG, which is what triggered this entire update.

Dilbert changed, it required todays date to run as well.  I just tossed the date in there to grab.

Had to move Andy Capp and Launn to a different service.  Rose is Rose I disabled for now.

Changed Baby Blues since it started getting blocked.  Changed background color slightly.

Added some CSS to it for a gradient background and fiddled with fonts and colors.

Added Hagar the Horrible, Blondie, The Lockhorns, Wizard of Id and Zits.

Added Penny Arcade (finally) and Questionable Content

Changes to XKCD's website required an update to this config.

Initial import.  THough I've been maintaining this script since late 2004 and it's undergone MANY revisions I never added it to CVS.  Most recently I updated this script to work with the updated changes to gocomics website, I added USER_AGENT strings and only one of the two download functions had the 'referer' being passed, I added it to the second one as well.
