Set defaults in configuration files.
Fixed bug that off-set the base_port value by 1.

Fixed a bug with the node detection and assignment.
The telnetbbs server will now drop the connection properly when a disconnect
happens instead of leaving the socket open.
Wrote quite a bit of documentation.

Added the ability to specify the configuration file on the command line.
When the service is shutdown cleanly it will now remove all node locks.
Updated the documentation in the configuration file to reflect these
changes.

Fixed broken node code.
Added configuration file support.
Changed root requirement. Root is only required if running on a
privlidged port.
