Set defaults in configuration files.
Fixed bug that off-set the base_port value by 1.
Touched up some documentation, still need to write the installation section.

Fixed a bug with the node detection and assignment.
The telnetbbs server will now drop the connection properly when a disconnect
happens instead of leaving the socket open.
Wrote quite a bit of documentation.

More documentation changes.

Additional Commenting made

Added the ability to specify the configuration file on the command line.
When the service is shutdown cleanly it will now remove all node locks.

Updated the documentation in the configuration file to reflect these
changes.

Fixed broken node code.
Added configuration file support.
Changed root requirement.  Root is only required if running on a
privlidged port.

Fixed node detection problem using lock files.  Still need to move configuration options to a seperate configuration file.  Once this is done, I will consider this in a state to be released for testing.

Fixed SIGTERM to all processes.  Node allocation is broken still.  Perhaps using some kind of lock file system for a node.  I can't determine when a node is abandoned yet.

Added multi-node support.  A bug remains when one user disconnects, all connections get SIGTERM.  Also need to add configuration file support.

Dosbox template file added to repository.
